Good - Location, Maintenance and Facilities are excellent . Great team Bad - GoodLord experience at the beginning Hyperoptic could be better

Yes responded very well . Charlotte is very helpful.

About the utility bills and internet . Everything else is perfect. We want to stay.

Maintenance support agencies not supporting magement even to get rent receipt for banking purposes it takes 3 months. Council tax not yet sorted out. Saxsons staff stressed a lot. Need to review your support co tracts. Serious Ex Lift issue pathetic

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Good mostly. Good at email. When they ate stressed don't listen to our problems

Hello Dr Gopalakrishnan & Ms Bharathi, Thank you for your review, we appreciate your feedback as this gives us the opportunity to surpass your expectations going forward. In regards to the referencing, we will of course take this on board, we are very sorry you had a stressful experience with this. Centrick have implemented new CRM systems as of late which will reduce this stress for all and make the move in process a smooth one. Apologies if any of the team have ever seemed stressed, this may have been in our early stages of move ins when things were very busy as this can get stressful for all. Please rest assured we are all very supported when needed, but will be sure to take this feedback on for future busy periods we may have. The above will help us with this too. Please come speak to the team about your council tax banding, as there is a band for this property. Our partners, Homebox would have/should have set this bill up for you, we can look into, no worries. Do feel free to speak to the team if there is any other way we can improve your stay with us. The Development is located right in the Town centre, just accross the road there is the Highcross Shopping centre which has a large selection of retail outlets and restaurant options. The town centre is minutes walk away with all th high street shops and restaurants available. There is bus stops right outside the building which makes it great for commuting by Bus. The Bi's station is only a couple minutes walk with direct routes to London and other major cities

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Promptly and professionally. Always have an answer within 24 - 48 hrs

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Council Tax band was not yet available as the building was new. The parking is on a waitlist and the price went up from viewing to when I actually got offered a spot. No one available at reception after office hours. So if you have late deliveries and not at home no one is there to open the gate.

The place of the saxons cant get any better in Leicester. Its in the heart of the city centre. There is a bus station infront of it. Area is usually quiet with no noise disturbances as well.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issues or concerns have been dealt with smoothly

I wish i could have seen other apartments to see the little difference in every one

Close proximity to the city centre with easy access to shops if needed items in emergency. Close to the bus and coach station within walking distance. Parking spots are allocated for the residents which is brilliant. Lots of bins provided for the residents including recycling. Traffic noise in simple terms is zero as it can not be heard at all which makes it feet for getting a full night sleep. Variety of restaurants within walking distance of fancied a night off from cooking.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Fixed the issue within 1 working day which is absolutely brilliant.
