Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The Development is located right in the Town centre, just accross the road there is the Highcross Shopping centre which has a large selection of retail outlets and restaurant options. The town centre is minutes walk away with all th high street shops and restaurants available. There is bus stops right outside the building which makes it great for commuting by Bus. The Bi's station is only a couple minutes walk with direct routes to London and other major cities

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Promptly and professionally. Always have an answer within 24 - 48 hrs

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Council Tax band was not yet available as the building was new. The parking is on a waitlist and the price went up from viewing to when I actually got offered a spot. No one available at reception after office hours. So if you have late deliveries and not at home no one is there to open the gate.

There are a number of shops around it which is very adequate. I also like that Highcross is so close to the apartment

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes! I put up a complaint about a facility in my apartment and not up to 24 hours they responded swiftly and sent a technician.

I wish I was able to check other properties and make a choice

Fantastic location, right by major shopping centre and restaurants/cafes/bars! I love how convenient everything is for me.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

yes - issues with fob and gates were responded to very quickly

nothing everything has been very smooth! no complaints at all

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Excellent convenience as far as all aspects are concerned. We are located in Central Leicester, opposite High Cross, giving us access to a varied assortment of shops, resturaunts and leisure activities. The area is also transit-oriented, given the close proximity of bus stands and the short walk it takes to get to Leicester train station.

Building management always resolves any issues and queries we have within 24 hours of us contacting

The only thing we weren't able to gather from our viewing was the council tax band

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The good thing about the location of the apartment is that it is very friendly for family's and convenient as all local shops are within 10 mins. As well as schools and nurseries.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The have responded very well and are always prompt to reply and help wherever needed.
