Conveniant location near city centre and transport links such as bus station and temple meads train station.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We raised several issues, some were fixed but others are still ongoing after 2+ years.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
That only one gate fob would be granted per household, multiple fobs would be better.

All good, the doors don’t always lock behind you so have to ensure closed by yourself. I have loved living here especially with the balcony’s and patios.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes very good, all issues have been acted upon within a timely manner.

That bills would be going up, but the area and quality of the flats make it worth it.

Very central, 20 min walk to Temple Meads, lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Sits on a main road.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We have not lived here long and have not raised any issues.

The windows do not open all the way, which is a shame.

We are right next to the enormous Bedminster ASDA and only 20mins away from the station - fantastic.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I haven't raised any. But I get the impression that they are very responsive given that I am receiving emails about a prior problem.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
We are not on BT's fibre network, but are on Ofnl. This is more the fault of our agents than the property management team, but it still would have been good to know.

Perfect location in Bristol, everywhere is a walkable distance, but not quite in the loud city centre. Bedminster is up and coming and lots of development is happening around the area. Street parking is easy enough, and about as safe as you can get in a city.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They do respond, and get issues fixed, but you do need to chase to get it sorted. They do seem to not be doing anything over issues with the access gate not closing properly, resulting in bike thefts even though lots of complaints have been raised by residents...
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
There's a lot of new student housing going up across the road, so be aware there will be an influx of students once that's is finished.
