Welcome to Erie Dock Apartments, or Eda for short. Where life's less complicated, from parcel signing to private dining, workplace to WiFi, it’s all sorted for you. All Eda's furnished apartments include king size beds with ottoman storage, corner sofas and TV units to name a few. With floor to ceiling windows looking out over the Quays and Manchester skyline, Eda’s apartments are bright and spacious with open plan living areas. Each apartment has a modern fully fitted kitchen with utility storage, spacious bedrooms with bespoke designed fitted wardrobes and bathrooms all finished to the high standard of Eda. It doesn’t stop there - you can even bring your pet at no extra cost! Eda sits at the top of Erie Dock in the heart of Salford Quays. With paddle boarders, kayakers and an occasional brave swimmer, this is where the city meets the open water. As you follow the dock, you’ll find The Lowry Theatre, Imperial War Museum and Media City UK. And with shops, restaurants, cafes and bars within easy walking distance (and a tram stop right outside the door), you’ll be well connected to Salford, Manchester and beyond. You can get from sofa to city in just 15 minutes.

1-minute walk to the quays. A great social and co-working space, a splendid gym, a cozy cinema room, and excellent dining room and facilities, as well as a co-op under the building, leave you with not a reason to leave the building.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Management's response is really quick and efficient. They will try to sort you out in case you face any problem.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Had a smooth moving in process; there are trolleys to help us move boxes in.

Living in this area has been great overall. Being so close to both the tram stop and bus stop makes commuting very convenient. Having a Co-op as part of the building makes grocery shopping easy and hassle-free. It’s also a big plus being within walking distance of MediaCity and the surrounding area, which is ideal for drinks or nights out without having to go all the way into the city. The Trafford Centre is only a 10-minute drive, which is great for shopping and entertainment. The street itself is generally quiet, with decent parking availability, regular bin collections, and minimal noise or anti-social behaviour.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has been friendly, approachable, and quick to respond to any problems or concerns raised.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Permanent car parking spaces are tricky to find around this area. However, the management was very helpful and supported us in securing our own parking spot

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is a lovely area to live in , I am into fitness so it is nice to be so close to the quays. We have now gotten a co op downstairs which makes it much easier to access groceries quickly , parking is a tad expensive in the area however there are a few places to park if needs be !

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven’t had any issues to report so far but I could trust they would be dealt with !

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The amenities are amazing and super inclusive ! Definitely tour the areas parking if you have a car !

The location of the building is very convenient, right on the edge of Salford Quays. Trans port links are great, the Metrolink stop is quite literally on the doorstop, providing a quick link to Manchester city centre, for work, shopping, nightlife etc. The building provides parking for an extra fee just across the way from the building.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any small issues we have ever had have always been quickly and efficiently resolved by the Management of the building, The front desk team handle any queries or issues straight away and always with a smile.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The events and community feeling of the building are like no other, honestly feels like you are living in your own little haven.

I absolutely love living at Eda! It's in such a cool area of Manchester, with an amazing vibe and so much to do nearby. The fantastic public transport systems make it super easy to get around, whether I’m heading into the city center or exploring the rest of Manchester. Plus, being so close to great shops, restaurants, and cultural spots means there’s never a dull moment!

Since I relocated from Ireland, i was not familiar with the area. It is great having a lot of shops around
