Local to A57, lots of shops and local transport. Area has lots of green space and nature. Woodlands and fields.

Nothing. Everything was explained enough. I got all questions answered.

What is the best feature of your home:

The space inside. The additional extras included was amazing.

We are very close to local shops, the street is quite quiet apart from when the builders are going back and forth , they have been recently starting to work with machines from 6:45am, and I do find that annoying, the roads are awful full of pot holes though so I’m hoping this is fixed once the houses are all up

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I can’t really say as we viewed the property numerous times and we fell in love with it.

What is the best feature of your home:

The location, the size is perfect for me and my partner and our dog. The garden is lovely although the grass is dying and we’re trying to treat it.

Very handy as close to the shops about a 30 minute walk. A few local parks nearby albeit not the best parks.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We dont particularly like the parking, if we were to have known just how tight it was we wouldnt have moved here. Especially with kids playing around your cars.

What is the best feature of your home:

We like the kitchen dinning area. Its really bright and open and the room we spend most our time in

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There is a local shop and take away a few minutes walk on the estate. For more shops and restaurant this is about a 20minute walk or 5 minute drive. There is literally no anti-social behaviour that we have came into contact with. There is traffic noise, but that is expected with living on a new build site as they are still completing work. Parking is the biggest problem. There is not sufficient parking for visitors and the roads are quite narrow so if people are parked on the road then it is very tight for cars to pass.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The gardens are not laid to a high standard and have no drainage, so we regularly have flooding and the grass has been ruined because of this.

What is the best feature of your home:

Having the integrated appliances that are brand new and include a dishwasher.

A 5 minute drive from my property, there is a shopping centre with over 100 shops. I have direct access to the A1 motorway and also and train line.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish i had of known how loud it would be living next to a building sight

The best feature of my home is the Kitchen. Modernly put together and spacious
