As we have only just moved in from an entirely different area to date it all seems to be running smoothly all major supermarkets are within easy drive easy to get in and out of estate as light put up and straight onto a57 , bins delivered on time , plenty of walks in the local area and even a pond with ducks and swans , can’t wait to investigate further

We visited at different times of day and so far so good

What is the best feature of your home:

Love it all especially the en suite and a very decent size garden

The local area is lovely, with plenty of paths for walking I always feel safe in the area when out alone and also safe in my home.

I was told a lot before I moved in as I asked the right questions so I got no surprises

What is the best feature of your home:

It's layout, I love it! The garden space is also fantastic, bug without being to big to manage.

Really nice area, very good for walking with my partner and daughter in her pram. Nice distance to shops and pub

Very quite area and so lovely for going walking in the area

What is the best feature of your home:

I love how it is open plan downstairs as it feels a lot more homely and is a lot easier when having a newborn

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Close to Celtic point meaning a shop isn’t too far and there are many bars close by, that are waking distance. Very quiet area and really peaceful.

Citra have been really speeding getting back to us and providing support when we have a range of questions.

What is the best feature of your home:

We love the garden. It is a great space and we love to sit out there most evening. Really like the double doors leading out.

Parking very good, very quiet area, not far from shops and pub, close to a big field and the woods for a nice walk

Very lovely area, it’s very quiet and in a good place close to shops

What is the best feature of your home:

Open plan downstairs, this makes the house feel bigger and cosier
