In an open space with plenty of facilities and good communal areas. Somewhat trafficy on match day .

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very helpfully with minimum fuss and care to detail

Building work did go on for ages but is over now .

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Near local shops and bars and very close to town centre. Very close to new Islington tram stop which is ifeal

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We haven’t really had any issues but the couple we have had the management have been y good

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

May have to put a deposit down without viewing but definitely worth it

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Near a park, pond, really nice restaurants and cafes and grocery stores. Always feels safe when walking back at night

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Good, always fixed within a day or two, with communication

Built in heaters dont work and it gets rlly cold in winter

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very goog. Its very clean in ancoats. The only problem is that there is a construction next to the building. Changing the cladding and stuff. Quite noisy

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quite good, very responsive. But at one point i was charged 100£ to fix the drain.

I think probably my flat is located at the end which is very far away

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There are no really bad aspects to living in the area. We have good restaurants and bars, it’s close to the food shops and only 15 minutes walk into the centre of town. We never hear any noise from the traffic and the area is quiet.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We have had a few breakdowns which have been dealt with quickly.

I wish I would have known about the replacement cladding work for 2 years on the Chips building opposite.
