Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is excellent as it’s right in the edge of the canal and opposite a park. There a a load of decent restaurants and pubs within a 10 minute walk and an Aldi only a few minutes away, plus it’s really central so you can make it to the Northern Quarter and town centre in around a 20 minute walk

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

When you put a maintenance request in generally they respond very quickly, you just need to make sure you do it formally otherwise it won’t get actioned

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I viewed it virtually because I was in lockdown at the time, but it gave an accurate reflection of what the place is actually like to live in

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is super convenient close to transport links, city centre, shops etc. The pricing is still relatively good as we moved in before all the prices went up & we do have to pay extra for parking. 2 bin shoots every floor, concierge 24/7 that take prices for you if your not in. 2 lifts in each block. We are in block C (right hand side great views) a 1 bed super spacious and we added a pantry in the spare cupboard for extra storage. Maintenance team if there is anything wrong with the appliances. Pet friendly.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quickly and well. Maintenance usually arrive within the next day or 2.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Parking is tricky and you will soon need a permit for any street parking unless you pay for parking in the gated car park.
