Great area, close to loads of bars and restaurants. Very close to city centre, but is also a nice quiet and out of the way location.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Often issues are fixed and resolved straight away within a decent time frame.

Great area, lots of bars and restaurants to choose from. Very close to city centre & transport. Pretty area that’s continuing to develop.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Had very few issues, but any we’ve had has been sorted pretty much straight away.

How much rent would unfortunately increase each year.

Living in the middle of Ancoats you are surrounded by bars and cafes but the noise levels are still low. Not a lot of parking but supermarket and gym are in walking distance.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management responds to issues promptly and we are kept updated.

There are discounts for local businesses from living in the building

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Close to the centre of Manchester, good range of local bars, pubs, restaurants and shops without being central. Transport links are close. The crime in the area isn’t great, a lot of cars smashed and people’s personal belongings stolen.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They respond within a day or 2 and usually get fixes in place pretty fast.

About the building works that were happening next to us for a year that was creating a good amount of noise daily

Amazing building and facilities in the heart of city centre. Many bars and restaurants close by as well as grocery shops. The location is ideal.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always had a prompt response on every issue we had from local tap dripping in the bathroom to alarm battery maintenance.

Overall colder flat than expected due to being next to the bin room. The windows despite new are not well sealed so it's causing issues over the winder
