All is great. There are restaurants and other facilities in walking distance and the tube is also very close.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I’m not sure. If I were to say something, it would be how the amenities work and how much energy it consumes because this was the only struggle I had once I moved. Although I could’ve asked in more detail since somebody already explained to me how they work. The only challenging part was understanding heating as it wasn’t working quite as it should.

What is the best feature of your home:

The view and lighting it gets. The tall windows are great.

Good variety of restaurants and shops especially with Battersea power station around the corner. Can be a bit noisy with the trains and traffic from the roundabout.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

See if you can talk to the neighbours or unbiased people within the community to get a sense of the people around before you move in.

What is the best feature of your home:

The modernist design and workspace/cinema room (for now). Pool was nice but has become rundown and poorly maintained

With the addition of Battersea power station Prince of wales drive is the perfect location. There is no anti social behaviour and the park on the door step is a lovely amenity

Battersea is a brilliant area. Lots of restaurants and shops, and Battersea Park is a hidden gem.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very attentive and responsive to the only real issue that I had, which was sorted within a month.

The spotlights aren't easily replaceable.

The development is obviously situated right next to Battersea Park which makes it great for people who enjoy exercising outside and dog walking, the area is also improving rapidly in terms of restaurants and bars with the redevelopment of Battersea Power Station a short walk away.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The buildings are set quite close together and facing each other so privacy is not the best.

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

I would love if the gym was included as part of the development or perhaps a discount deal can be achieved for tenants.
