Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The property is a 5 minute walk to all the local shops you need, with restaurants and supermarkets. It’s also a short walk from Finsbury park station making it easy to commute.

It’s like living in a hotel!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area itself is nice, within a 15-min walk there are some cute bars/restaurants and shops. The tube station is only a 7-min walk and there a couple of great grocery stores nearby. The street itself, Seven Sisters is often filthy.. that is the only downside.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That they clean the windows! We didn’t know so it was a very pleasant surprise. Less pleasant surprise is that the bike storage locker doesn’t close properly and there is direct access from the streets.

What is the best feature of your home:

The large windows and the big kitchen! It is a dream to cook and bake.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Its close to finsbury park station which is perfect. The roads are cleaned regularly by Islington council. I have lived in Islington my whole life. Cottonworks is a great development and a great community to live in.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Due to covid I wasn't shown my property properly but I believe that if covid wasn't happening I would of had a house visit by someone who could show me how to do the heating etc.
