I love how accessible the city centre is and how our location in particular is just out of the northern quarter meaning it’s not an extremely busy street.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have responded promptly and efficiently, from sending plumbers out to fix the washing machine or lights

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known about the post room a little bit more however i think the whole system is brilliant!!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is a premium and posh area the area is in the main centre of manchester with all clubs and university near by

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes the management is very responsible and everything has been good so far

It’s just that in the night, creepy And always be safe while walking through

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very central, supermarket and gym is just across the street. City centre is just 10minutes walk away. Piccadilly train station is just about 7 minutes walk. Very convenient location

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Responded timely and resolve most of the issue I have.

Staff are very nice, neighbours are very friendly as well.

Area is great - Aldi and PureGym on your doorstep, nice and quiet on the canals, super quick walk to a lot of nightlife

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quick to respond to any repair requests, no issues here.

The agent and staff communicated everything I needed or wanted to know

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There’s a new building project across that is very noisy. if you leave your windows open you’d get woken up by the noise.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Landlord has been very helpful and reasonably fast to respond

the amount of noise there is when you open windows in the morning
