I wish i had known that there would be no laundry facilities nearby

I would like to have my own laundry facilities in the flat

The location is good, it is far from my work but i already knew this when i moved in

I wish i had known how poor communication was from maintenance

The best feature of my home is that i have a high up apartment

It is very close to work and cheap for the area compared to other buildings.

The design is too complex and i wasn't aware of this before i moved in.

What is the best feature of your home:

The area is the best bit, so close to everything you want.

It is very secure and safe. I would rate it 5 star.

The Management are great and reliable as well as the location

I love how central this location is, it is close to lots of shopping areas. There is nothing i dislike

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are generally really good but nothing has been done about the bins

I wish i had known about the bin storage closing when it gets dark, particularly an issue in winter
