The range of shops and restaurants around is fantastic. Transport links on the door step. Open spaces just outside the door and more in the surrounding area Parking is limited and could be improved for all residents

Wish I was told about the parking situation before moving in.

What is the best feature of your home:

The air ventilation system and the built in kitchen the bathroom is great.

There is nothing bad I can say about my present area. You would get lush green view during Summer time and you won't feel even a single bit of hotness in this property as the whole property is being designed to have proper air circulation.Rest all amenities from this property is in walkable distance.So on a whole is a wholesome property to stay in.

Nothing as such has been found so far that would have influenced my determination to stay in this property.

What is the best feature of your home:

Sunset from the property and the quietness in the area are next level.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area has excellent transport links and a good range of shops, making daily life convenient. However, the service charge keeps increasing, there are no real facilities, and Brecon Court is hard to find, which can be frustrating for visitors and deliveries.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known about the service charge increases and the lack of facilities before moving in. Additionally, Brecon Court is difficult to locate, which can be inconvenient for visitors and deliveries. Better signage and clearer communication from management would improve the experience.

What is the best feature of your home:

The best feature of my home is its modern design and convenient location, providing easy access to transport, shops, and other amenities while offering a well-structured living space.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I have been living in Cotswold House for 5 years, the block of flats are well kept overall with daily cleaning during the week and regular bin and recycling collections. There is no anti-social behaviour in our block and it I has a nice community feel with good neighbours. The flats are spacious & well insulated from the noise of flights to/from Heathrow airport although sitting on the balcony in the summer it gets very noisy when we are in the direct flight path of planes. We continue to have a problem in our block with nuisance pidgeons trying to nest in balconies/walkways and it is a constant battle to scare them off. Parking is very difficult as there are very few spaces and I am lucky if I can park even once a week outside the flats. The site is convenient to walk to local supermarkets and Hounslow Central station on the Piccadilly line is just 5 mins walk away.

Difficulties with parking is a real issue. We have also had problems with Eon heating/hot water in the flats and have had to report issues to them on a regular basis. They fix the issues quite quickly once reported but it can be very irritating to have no heating/hot water. Myself and others I know have had bicycles stolen from the bike storage areas which is very disturbing as they were in supposedly safe storage.

What is the best feature of your home:

Heat recovery ventilation system which is very effective and keeps bills low.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It's located at very good spot.its just behind big lampton park and just 5 mins away from Hounslow central tube station.just 7 mins away from Hounslow high street.

I heard that it is very good development and just behind lampton park.

What is the best feature of your home:

Best feature is we have lampton park view and peaceful leaving.
