Overall good experience, thanks for your help. Thanks and Merry Christmas to all the staff and management.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Management responds to all the requests and issues and manages it very well, From safety fire door maintenance to our maintenance requests. Rad, Sorin and their manager Karim have sorted the issues of lighting & shower. The management office team of Alice, Sonia and Camila are very nice and helpful. Also along the maintenance team are helpful. Thanks to all and a MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing. During viewing Sonia explained many things quite well. And later after coming here, if there was any query they helped out.

Very convenient locality with daily grocery shops and public transport just few meters away.Schools and tube stations are within 4-6 mins walking distance.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Responded promptly most of the times.There is a formal system of raising tickets and resolving which adds to the efficiency.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Ground floor flats have proximity to long grasses , because of which it is not easy to keep windows open during summer because of insects and rodents

Hounslow is a convenient and vibrant place to live, especially for families and those working near Heathrow, though it has its challenges with traffic and noise.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Living in this building has been a great experience. It’s always clean, well-maintained, and has excellent connectivity to the city, which makes daily life so convenient. A lot of credit goes to the maintenance team, Rad and Sorin, who do an incredible job. They’re always quick to help, professional, and friendly, making sure everything runs smoothly. We’re lucky to have such a dedicated team—thank you, Rad and Sorin, for all your hard work!

The area is Vibrant and well-connected, with plenty of options for dining, shopping, and essential services like supermarkets and pharmacies within walking distance. It’s a great place to live, especially if you enjoy having everything you need close by.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I recently faced an issue with my bed, where one of the legs had broken. RAD and SORIN from the maintenance team were absolutely fantastic. They showed up right on time, assessed the problem quickly, and had it fixed within minutes. Their prompt response and efficiency made all the difference, and I really appreciate how smoothly everything was handled.

I wish I had know earlier how responsive and reliable the maintenance team here is. It’s reassuring to know that any issue gets resolved so efficiently, which makes living here even better.

It has close proximity to a lot of places including shops, post and other day to day places. It is close to bus stations railways. There are parking places nearby.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have responded responsibly and punctually. The yearly activities like maintenance,etc keeps everything up to date.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We did not know parking space is paid and difficult to get even after paying so much rent. We do not have parking space yet. The company does not have the permit to park at nearby roads as its opted out from council.
