The the property boasts 97 cleverly designed, fully furnished en-suite studios, each containing a double or king size ottoman bed, lots of hidden storage space, a small dining table with chairs and a compact kitchenette, complete with sink, fridge, convection hobs and microwave. On the ground floor, all Gravity residents (we call them members) have access to a communal lounge / co-working space, complete with a large flat screen TV, comfortable seating area, free pool table, co-working tables with ample power sockets and a newly fitted communal kitchen, complete with complimentary coffee. As the property is located at the end of a high street, members can benefit from a range of amenities within close proximity, including restaurants, bars, gyms and high street shops. As a Gravity member, you’ll also have access to our app which will give you access to lots of discounts (among other things) and as we’re big on community at Gravity, you’ll also be invited to weekly events – whether it’s morning coffee sessions, professional workshops, fitness classes or weekend parties.

The property is ideally located, offering convenient access to a wide range of local amenities, including various shops, restaurants, and services. Its central position ensures that you're never far from essential conveniences, making it an excellent choice for those seeking both comfort and accessibility. Whether you're looking for grocery stores, cafes, or public transport links, everything is within easy reach, allowing for a lifestyle of convenience and ease.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management respond to any issues raised within 2-3 working days, however, it takes them a significant period of time to fix those issues. In my case, two-months.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Had I known the nightmare awaiting me, I’d never have signed that lease. From a chaotic move-in with the wrong key code, endless maintenance delays, and unreliable access systems to atrocious customer service that’s cold and unresponsive — it’s been a disaster from day one. If I knew their management was this incompetent, I’d have walked away without hesitation.

Righ on the high street so range is good public Parking is minimal although treaty centre has paid parking

Rrange and quality of local shops, restaurants, bars & open spaces like - 7/10 Convenience and availability of transport links - 8/10 Living on your street like e.g. parking availability 3/10, bin collections3/10, anti-social behaviour & traffic noise - next to a club, so weekends are VERY LOUD

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Stolen package - 4 months and no response from management Mattress given way - told to pay for replacement or wait 5 years. Electric vehical charging point - asked since 3 years no response

No Electric vehical charging point on premises. None further

Nice and quiet neighborhood. There is a high street 10min walk south. Asda and other supermarkets are very accessible, too.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known the service charge would be changing this much after just moving in one year.

What is the best feature of your home:

The view is the best part of my apartment. You can see the park from the balcony.
