Here offers modern living with various amenities. Residents appreciate its convenient location near public transport, shops, and restaurants. The on-site gym, lounge, and co-working spaces are well-received. The management team is praised for responsiveness and organising community events. occasional issues with facilities like lifts. Overall, it's considered a comfortable and well-managed place to live.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has been excellent in responding to any issues raised. Maintenance team members Sorin and Rad are especially outstanding – they are incredibly helpful, professional, and efficient. Their promptness and dedication deserve a 5-star rating!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known about the occasional issues with the lifts before moving in. While the management and maintenance team are quick to address problems, it would have been helpful to be aware of this in advance.

Good aspects is near the train station bus station but there’s no parking and if there is have to pay for it and also drop of timings is little as well

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Just recently one of the managers I was unhappy with the tone of voice they used to speak to me as if I was new to the building and I don’t know anything and don’t understand English. When I started telling them calm down I’ve been here longer than them and explained why I emailed about the work that had to be done and then they said will speak to the other manager and then get back to me. they got back to me after they went on holidays first. That was after another email I had sent since I didn’t hear anything back from them.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There isn’t free parking in the area or in the flats.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There is no parking near the building. So if you brought your luggage in a car or van like I did, you are screwed. Management will not help you with this. I had the moving van park outside Poundland on the opposite side of the street and had to cross two roads moving my luggage bit by bit. Lucky my family was there to help me.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They demanded a cancellation and cleaning fee. They told me to write to three different email addresses and passed me around different people. They ignored my emails and only wanted to bill me for more money. Their sense of community is non existent.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had viewed the property in person and not have relied on their inaccurate video appointment.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The Chater Place feels like home..The facilities are perfect, gym, Co-working space etc. The equipment given to us really good. The building is also very secure with high security. This place feels very safe. If there is any issue the staff is quick to solve . With new update in the app we can easily raise concerns .

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Recently we had issue with electric switch : we raised a ticket through the Greystar app . We got quick response . RAD and SORIN came soon and sorted the issue with in few minutes . Thanks so much .

I think we are happy over all. We are lucky that we got everything here.
