I love this area a lot, the countryside aspect is beautiful but then you are very close to a town

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, such as the shower being blocked and was immediately responded too

Maybe that I would’ve felt Asif if was my home and not rented

I have lived here since October and love were we live , wish we had a local little shop on the development, is is a good location for local transportation

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Hi when we have a had a couple of snag problems they have been dealt with very quickly

Wish we had moved here sooner as I didn’t know this site offered affordable living homes

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

A lot of local supermarkets & restaurants and some local vets including a referral centre as we have pets. We have a driveway so ideal to fit 2 cars on for parking, considering we are on a main road it is not too noisy and we have nice neighbours too.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We have one problem with small cracks appearing in the property which have been dealt with promptly and a contractor sent round on a day that suited us

With working over the road wish had known about this development sooner as can now take a nice walk to work

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Anti social behaviour is an issue as people try to steal cars repeatedly over the past few weeks. Not Landlords fault or issue.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Over their timescales for repairs unfortunately but other repairs have been sorted with ease.

Wasn’t able to view property due to Covid. Not Landlords issue

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The bin collection is rarely on the agreed upon dates but that is a recent issue I think. Apart from that the location is ace. Shops and town centre are near, we can't hear the main road and really like the house. Some neighbors have a tendency to get very loud late at night once In a while and people leave their dogs in the backyards all night which is arguably a horrible thing to do to domesticated breeds but also results in a lot of late night loud barking at the tiniest noise or because they are lonely/hungry/cold.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Swiftly and professionally. Whenever I had a question I got a quick reply.

The grass in the backyard still need to settle because it's so new. The walls will crack because the entire building still settles Spiders always find a way in no matter what you so.
