Good location in the area as we are very central and close to most transport links which we can travel pretty much anywhere from , its very quiet so never disturbed by noise and its not very busy either which is great, all the neighbours are lovely and the building management is great I cannot fault my landlord he is so easy to get along with would definitely recommend living here to anybody interested.

The facilities provided within this development are exquisite; we have access to a swimming pool and the concierge is personable. This establishment is very child friendly which is perfect for my little daughter, lovely modern looking communal areas. My flat is very spacious and very modern looking, absolutely thrilled with the place in living in.

The staff in the building and the management are faultless, it has great transport links as it's so central I can literally get anywhere at anytime the only downside is the lack of cafes and restaurants in the area, I get on with everybody I have met in the building get so far so no complaints there, I love the design obviously it's all new and I lived in this area previous to here so I already knew what a great area it was to settle into.

The area is generally quiet and the people that work here and live here are very helpful and kind, I enjoy the area as we are down the street from a lot of shops and very close to parliament, the double tree hilton is across the road which is lovely for a drink it's just a little busy when I live facing this side of the building
