Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Bin collections don’t seem frequent enough however it may be because there is lots of students so there’s lots of rubbish

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

the only thing i have raised is the washing machines and nothing has been done as of yet

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

that there’s no proper parking for this building it’s just abit unpractical if you have a car as i have to pay for a permit to park at tesco

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Area perfect for a student with supermarkets and a pub nearby. Area is safe but has a police station nearby so sirens sometimes an issue at night.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Haven’t had any problems of late however in the booking process was unhelpful with any issues I had

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That the price was advertised properly and not advertised as £60/week less than it actually is.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Everything is local and it's so helpful, especially man utds ground. Also it helps that you can get a tram right into Piccadilly

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I've not had any problems except one which was a heating problem, that never got fixed

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known before how thin the walls are, I hear alot of music

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good atmosphere, close to many shops, very good and easy transport options. Bin storage is not the best as they aren’t cleaned as regularly as hoped for

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven’t really had any personal issues that have been wrong in the apartment

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The one thing I wish I had known before moving into the apartment would be that i would have to google how to work the appliances

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The easy access to trams , the location to the football , only a 3 min walk to the shops and the easy access to great bin and recycling room and also a great and safe place to store your bikes

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yehh every problem raised has been resolved quickly

The free laundry room is great and the easy access to shops trams and other facilities are great .
