The best place to live!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I really love living so centrally, it's so accessible and the view is gorgeous. Sometimes I do hear the trains going by - more specifically their brakes - but only if the window is open. There are hundreds of restaurants and bars literally on the doorstep, the train station is round the corner, and we have multiple nearby car parks.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Rapidly and appropriately. They have always got back to me and kept me updated. And none of the issues have been out of the norm or within their control - so it hasn't felt like a chore to live here!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The events are always booked up really quickly, I set an alarm to make sure I grab tickets and always add myself to the reserve list in case of no-shows!!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Location is perfect, city centre. Near by shops, restaurants, pubs, clubs. Close to metro and train station. Has private parking and a public parking right next to it.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Usually you get a quick response regarding issues raised

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

No AC in the room, it can get very hot when the sun is out because of the large windows. No fan in the bathroom

Nice, friendly staff, but not for long term stay

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good aspects - close to town and within walking distance - short travel to quayside which has nice restaurants - easy access to shops Negatives - rat infestation outside building, often active at night making it unsafe to walk certain routes - litter from bins - next to train so sometimes noisey - can be quite loud on Friday/Saturday nights from club noise etc

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Management have taken on some feedback regarding people smoking weed in my corridors, as well as appliances being broken such as communal washing machines. Management are really friendly and approachable but are sadly let down by the rushed work of this building.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known that washing machines were going to be an issue as well as overall problems with people living here. The lifts I also wish I’d seen as a potential problem.

Very quickly. Very good. Always attentive to our needs.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That a lot of students would be living here. That the bars are noisy on weekends.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

City-co living is very well situated on the quayside. The two different exits allow you to access both the city and quayside easily. A 1 minute walk will take you to the river, where sunday markets are held full of food stalls and small business stands. Many local bars and pubs are situated on the street outside, with beautiful buildings and scenery

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have only had one problem since living here, which was associated with a neighbour. The team handled it very quickly and professionally

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew exactly what view I was going to get from my room. When I came for the viewing the building wasnt finished yet so I could only view from the 6th floor. If I had seen the view from the higher floors before I would have chosen a higher room.
