Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Social live is okay here. There are loads of shops and cafes around. Also a lot of transport and station not too far Parking lately is awful people can’t park anywhere as they get fined however not enough space for everyone so the street is overcrowded with cars can barely drive. Bins are awful it smells disgusting bin area has rubbish up to the ceiling and pile of rubbish outside but nobody cares looks absolutely disgusting

I wish I knew about parking situation. Visitors have no where to park so people avoid coming to visit us as always used to get fine

Lovely development. Feels secure and private. L&q are helpful when it comes to payments, any problems, etc. Parking is not the best. When gates broken you leave car outside and get a ticket, visitors have like 4 parking spaces that are taken 24/7. But apart from that it is lovely area.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

L&q has always responded to me and always fixed problems. Sometimes you do have to remind them but they do what they say they will.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew how complicated the parking is in this area. I’ve been getting tickets numerous times because of garage gate issues etc.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I like that its a friendly neighbourhood and everything is so local i.e. supermarkets, gym, park and schools. However I dislike that there are a lot of crimes that happen around this area.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We wish we had known how much service charge we would have to pay. It is ridiculous and our building is NEVER clean. This is something L&Q need to review ASAP.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

This area is nice from outside , green, close to shops and buses and local park and gym. But too overcrowded roads and limited or no parking. Disappointing that council is allowing to build so many new flats and overcrowding roads. Should have build a new roads as well.

I didnt know who will be my neighbours because I was one of the first people moving in when development was finished.

What is the best feature of your home:

It is next to the shops, buses and park. Gym is nearby in the park

I like how the environment is neat and its regularly cleaned.

I wish I knew how dangerous it is, it's got worse.
