The shops are close by. Parking right outside the house and very spacious.No noise from traffic at all.

Best to check the facilities in the area if there are enough schools and shops and the travel distance to London

It would be nice if the place had a fireplace a bigger bedroom and more bathrooms.

The location is excellent, just in front of Aldgate East Underground station and at a 15-minute walk to Tower Bridge. Spitalfields market and other amenities are within a 5-minute walk.

I wish I had known that there is no internal access to the gym or concierge. Walls are surprisingly well insulated though.

Our flat was already furnished and the kitchen appliances are top of the line.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No answer and no reaction of the property management at all? how can you let a 24 building without lifts for 2 monts

the area is really nice to live in, restaurants, bars, cinema...

Like - the location is great, very lively and social with lots of good transport links. Dislike - The concierge office is on the other side of the building which is hard to get to.

Like - All facilities e.g heating are control via a smart home system. Dislike - The refuse store is outside so we have to carry the bins down the elevator.

That theres no garbage chute so I have to carry my garbage.
