Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Calm ideal for families. Close to local amenities and not too far from the city centre. Public transport accessible but limited to certain areas.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

When moving in there we’re a few issues with lighting and broken gutters and we were disappointed to find these were going to take a few weeks to resolve but communication has been clear and easy.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Walls between houses seem thin as noise carries over from next door neighbours easily.

There are adequate transport links by bus and road, several shops within walking distance and a number of parks. The local GP is one of the worst reviewed in Liverpool and the attached pharmacy has abysmal customer service however there are excellent alternative pharmacies nearby, several postal outlets and some good schools. Noise is usually low and mess is minimal, little crime or antisocial behaviour seems to occur.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, though when raising issues through their portal responses are quick but unexpected as they are immediately passed on to contractors rather than acknowledged.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The build quality of the properties is rushed, insulation is good but the plumbing is poor throughout and the properties suffer greatly from heat in the summer.

Good local shops, post office, takeaways, restaurants which are close by and good range of different choices Close to several parks and decent outdoor options for walks, family etc City centre short journey away Good bus links No nearby train links Traffic average

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes always prompt reply and repairs and care about the state of the property and their tenants

Busy school on the estate and traffic at dropping off time

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I like that there are lots of options in the area for shopping and small businesses to support. I like the design of the area and the development as a whole. lastly i think that as there is a school in the middle of the development it really brings the whole community together.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish i had known which way the sun travels in regards to the property as sometimes in our living room can be really bright forcing us to close the curtains during the day.

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

The garden is uneven as it is on a slant and would like to have a flat garden. The washer/dyrer is not good and we have had to purchase a dryer also.
