balcony, views of the city, gym, access to green space

Many more restaurants have opened in the past 2 years nearby. It is well connected.

I wish i knew that i wasn’t going to be able to get fibre broadband from the major broadband suppliers.

What is the best feature of your home:

The Miele appliances, the air conditioning, the underfloor heating, the location.

I like that its close to Liverpool Street and has good transport links. I dislike the noise from construction.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Theyve been quite slow at resolving issues at times.

Lifts been broken for so long

I like that its quidistant between the city, canary wharf and resturants. No dislikes

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They havent been great. The lift has been broken for a while; Otherwise generally good.

Well connected by tubes. Good conveniences including cafe and stores.

The property is well laid out and has good amenities.
