Only one small Co-op store on Theydon Road, which is now being used by many residents and is often under-stocked. You need to walk up to the high street for further shops. The parks/Hackney Marshes and canal side living are very nice though, for running/walks and picnics.

That there will be a new block of flats being built overlooking ours - ETA Summer 2021

The perfect area! Overlooking the Walthamstow marshes, a short walk to the wetlands, lots of great coffee places on chatsworth road and a 15 minute overground ride to Liverpool Street!

More about the area perhaps, local gems and travel

to be kept more informed about available facilities, like bike lockups etc. But still pretty good!

I like the greenery about the area and does not feel like london

I wish I knew before moving in there that the area and recomendations as it taken me long to explore

Parks are convenient and shopping, people keep themself to themself
