Manchester is a great place to live and having angel gardens located perfectly within the city makes getting things done easier as I am close to wherever I need to be

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The concierge team has been great while I have been here. They have been on hand to help me. Kwam, James, Tashinga, Stephen & Fidela have been helpful every single time.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew how much it rains in Manchester lol but the team at angel garden always brightens up my day.

The place is amazing, friendly, great location and the neighbours do not disturb. Parking is available.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Swiftly and in a respectful manner. Very helpful. Great

How amazing the location is. So convenient and there is a lot of events

The area is wonderful to live in! There’s a great variety of shops, restaurants, and bars, all offering excellent quality. The open spaces are well-maintained and perfect for relaxation. Transport links are very convenient, with frequent services and easy access to key locations. Living on this street is pleasant—parking is usually available, bin collections are prompt, and the neighborhood is quiet with minimal traffic noise.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has been responsive and attentive to any issues I’ve raised. They address concerns promptly and work to resolve problems in a timely manner. While some issues may take longer to resolve, overall, their communication and efforts to fix problems are appreciated.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I would recommend checking the cost of utilities, as some residents have been very disappointed with the high expenses.

There is nothing really bad when living at Angel Gardens, the staff are great, the building is fantastic and I really love living here. Shops are local and great restaurants around.

They have responded really well each time although I haven’t had many issue

How good it was to live here, I would have moved here sooner

Lovely community lovely views!! This location of angel gardens is amazing! Very close by to all the amenities!! Love the place so much and it’s perfect!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes! The team at angle gardens are so helpful and handy! It really makes the place home when everyone is helpful!
