Manchester is a great place to live and having angel gardens located perfectly within the city makes getting things done easier as I am close to wherever I need to be

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The concierge team has been great while I have been here. They have been on hand to help me. Kwam, James, Tashinga, Stephen & Fidela have been helpful every single time.

I wish I knew how much it rains in Manchester lol but the team at angel garden always brightens up my day.

Moda Angel Gardens presents an impressive array of modern amenities, ensuring a comfortable and convenient living experience. residents benefit from easy access to the vibrant city's attractions, including shops, restaurants, and cultural landmarks.

Fidelia has a wonderful quality that makes her very approachable. Her warm smile and genuine interest in others create an inviting atmosphere where people feel comfortable sharing their thoughts and experiences

Moda is a remarkable apartment, offering a unique blend of style and comfort that makes it stand out. Its modern design features spacious interiors, elegant finishes, and a vibrant atmosphere.

Moda is an amazing place to live in, great location, great facilities and fantastic staff. Love staying here.

Yes all issues and problems are dealt with swiftly

I wish I knew just how amazing the people are here

very central and everything is close by, can access public transport and groceries very easily. no complaints on lcoation.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

everything fixed in a timely manner and no issues caused. but need better service in terms of parking spaces.

nothing, it is all fine and i knew everything that i needed to know before moving in.

Living at Angel Gardens is very enjoyable, it is luxury living with a great management team on site and a wonderful front desk team. I would like to comment on how good Kwam, James, Ralph and Fidelia are, they are always here to help. The amenity spaces in the building are fantastic ans i can always take my friends to enjoy tine with them here on level 7

They always respond to any issues, i have had very few issues

I love this place so much i am now moving to Glasgow for University
