Manchester is a great place to live and having angel gardens located perfectly within the city makes getting things done easier as I am close to wherever I need to be

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The concierge team has been great while I have been here. They have been on hand to help me. Kwam, James, Tashinga, Stephen & Fidela have been helpful every single time.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew how much it rains in Manchester lol but the team at angel garden always brightens up my day.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Manchester is a great place to live and having Moda Angel gardens located perfectly within the city. Northern Quarter is literally on your doorstep, so that’s bonus. There are loads of bars and restaurants so close to this building. The Manchester Arndale centre is a close walk and public transport is nearby as well.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have responded very quickly and effectively. If you have any issues within the flat, the front team always helps you and sorts everything out for you or suggest things what you can do.

Nothing, it's been an amazing experience living here at Moda Angel Gardens

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I can’t say anything bad about the development, my experience here at Angel Gardens has been incredible. The team here on site are amazing and I couldn’t thank them enough for everything that they have done. A big shout out to - Fidelia, James, Kwam and Ralph and Stephen they have been like my family since joining.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they have, although I didn’t have many problem because my stay has been amazing

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I would have known that my second family were here, I would have moved in sooner

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Manchester City centre is a great place to live if you work/study in the city. It’s close by to a lot of things which makes life easier. The staff are always on hand to help also if you need tips for things to do around the city, big shoutout to James & Kwam for the lengths they go.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The property management team and maintenance team are quick to deal and solve any issues.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew that it was so close to the mall because I find myself shopping everyday now!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Really conveniently close to town. Perfect location. Parking can be tricky. James has been amazing in helping me as well as Sharon & Kwan and another gentleman that works on Concierge.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, I had a problem with my water which was fixed straight away and also my toilet. Very helpful and speedy.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Great coffee shop downstairs. I wish there was parking available.
