Manchester is a great place to live and having angel gardens located perfectly within the city makes getting things done easier as I am close to wherever I need to be

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The concierge team has been great while I have been here. They have been on hand to help me. Kwam, James, Tashinga, Stephen & Fidela have been helpful every single time.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew how much it rains in Manchester lol but the team at angel garden always brightens up my day.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living at Angel Gardens is very enjoyable, it is luxury living with a great management team on site and a wonderful front desk team. I would like to comment on how good Kwam, James, Ralph and Fidelia are, they are always here to help. The amenity spaces in the building are fantastic ans i can always take my friends to enjoy tine with them here on level 7

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They always respond to any issues, i have had very few issues

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I love this place so much i am now moving to Glasgow for University

Living in Angel Gardens is incredible and I wish that I would have moved here before the 3 and a half years that I came to the UK.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they have been great, James fixed a problem that I was having and sorted it out perfectly before my family arrived.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known how safe this building is, as I would have moved here as soon as I came to the UK

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great location, near the arndale and northern quarter for food and drinks. It's a big development on a busy road, so expect some noise on occasion. I guess that the price you pay for being in the heart of the city.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Not had to raise any yet. They seem on the ball with everything. The referencing process was quick. I moved in within a week of reserving

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Sofas could be comfier, but it's not too much of an issue. I've bought some pillows to compensate.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The place is amazing, friendly, great location and the neighbours do not disturb. Parking is available.

Swiftly and in a respectful manner. Very helpful. Great

How amazing the location is. So convenient and there is a lot of events
