Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Good offer of buses and trains, no tube though. Very close to South Circular and good cycling access to important routes. The street is fairly busy during school hours, with parents leaving and taking their kids from Rushey Green and Holy Cross Primary Schools. Parking on the street is not controlled and there are too many double-yellow lines, making it almost impossible to find a space to park most of the time.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I really wish I had paid more attention to the parking conditions on street and on premises. On street parking is free and it's impossible to find a space most of the time. Lots of places which could be extra spaces are painted with faded double yellow lines which is a steady income source for the council. Parking on-premises is not enforced and completely disorganised, which only makes it worse.
Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:
Definitely remove the carpets from everywhere apart from bedrooms. They make it a lot harder to clean the floor, specially with flats with garden like ours.

Catford has improved in recent years- catford mews cinema has been an especial boon. Good restaurants close by too. Just needs a little cleaning up/reduction of traffic
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The difficulty in finding the right parts, including lightbulbs, has left us without basic levels of lighting and washing facilities previously.
What is the best feature of your home:
Size of the living rooms and bedrooms is generous and helpful for us as a family

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Catford is a great up and coming area with an urban and rustic feel to it. It has wonderful and rich diversity which is also reflected in the shops. There are some cool bars, restaurants and a lovely new cinema with nice coffee shops but the area is also undergoing some regeneration which it desperately needs. There are 2 train stations both serving central London stations and kent within a short walk. Private Parking is super limited and hard to get (we waites several years) and it is very hard to find street parking.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Parking is hard to obtain and street parking is so hard to get due to all the driveways and schools. Very limited storage in property
What is the best feature of your home:
Generous sized bedrooms and generally good price and has a garden
