It’s a really good place to live and its location is one of its best features. The aesthetic of the communal areas is really well thought out.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven’t raised an issue. No issue has been raised.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The washer tbf. It doesn’t really get clothes dry which can be annoying but that’s just one con out of numerous pros

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

One of the best things about living here is that everything is so accessible. Since I love to shop, having the Bullring just a short walk away is perfect

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Everything is handled swiftly and without any hassle. Everyone here is incredibly accommodating and friendly. Adam, Amy, and Holly go out of their way to ensure that everyone feels safe and welcome.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The only issue I have right now is parking, but the management has assured me that there will be parking available in the second phase of the building, which is still under construction and should be finished this summer. Other than that, everything is perfect

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Development in an ideal location to the city center and transport links. No problems with traffic noise

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Problems have been dealt with quickly. Amy, Adam and Kam are doing a wonderful job

I’m satisfied with everything that I have encountered

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is ideal for anyone wanting to live in Birmingham city centre. You’re close to the Mailbox and the canals, with plenty of restaurants / shops nearby. The surroundings are fairly quiet during the day and I haven’t had any issues with bin collection. The only downside is the lack of parking, but according to management that should be resolved by summer 2025 !

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management team is incredibly helpful and always available if you need anything. I’ve been very impressed with how quickly any issues or queries have been resolved !

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location of the building is super convenient. Around the building you will find grecories and restaurants. Close proximity to city center, about 15 min walk. Also, public transportation is available. What makes it also great is that the mailbox is just few steps apart! The location is quite at night, people are friendly and never had a problem with any suspicious behaviour.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They being very helpful and very responsive to all emails or text.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I would only change the heater system as I do have a baby and he gets really cold. Other than that, the flat met our expectations and it is super convenient to live in such building.
