Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Very well located in terms of proximity to rail links, bullring shopping centre and paradise square (corporate business centre). Not as many options for grocery shops as I’d like but has Tesco, M&S and Morrisons within walking distance. Parking availability and lack of parking spaces is an issue/inconvenient. Would be helpful if there was a residence parking space that’s not at mailbox or that you have to walk too. Traffic can get very bad as bustling is located right of a very busy roundabout which links most of Birmingham’s main roads. But traffic noise is not an issue at all. Beautiful building but the area and building surrounding it are run-down which takes away from the aesthetic sometimes.

They respond quickly and it’s easy to get hold of them
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Wish I’d know what the water pressure was like and wish there’d been a construction or AI plan to show what future areas such as gym etc. would look like

We really appreciate your feedback on the building management, it is certainly something we take pride in so glad that it is noticed by our residents! Glad to hear that you are enjoying your apartment, we agree that they are extremely aesthetically pleasing but contain the heat and noise well. In regards to our facilities, we are just as excited as you to launch them in phase two, if you want to take a sneaky look please do feel free to pop down to reception where the team can show you some plans. Good area and concierge are helpful. Shops around are good especially in chinatown. Parking is pretty bad though. Not enough parking around and bins arent lovated in the best area

Came to help show where parcels are kept. People helped with showing us where posts are done

How the hot water worked. Didnt find out about boost button until I had ran out of hot water

The team are very friendly and helpful, Adam in particular has been very welcoming and has made the move easy. The location is brilliant as are the views from our unit. Couldn’t be happier

Very well and with speed. We’ve not had many problems to report

That there isn’t a microwave or many plug sockets in bedrooms.

Convenient location to explore Birmingham city center. Peaceful and cozy living place.There are parking lots available for rent nearby.

Quick response, friendly, and always willing to help.

Shower water pressure is a little weak, and the electric radiator is not ideal.
