Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Perfect location in the centre of town with all the bars/restaurants and shops on your doorstep. Also within walking distance to all the transport links. Overall nice safe area to live in.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes any issues we have had within the flat have been resolved quickly by the on-site maintenance team

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The Apo team make an extra effort for seasonal occasions and decorate/put on events in the communal areas which is a nice touch. Makes the building feel very homely and welcoming.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s amazing with how close everything is in Liverpool One. There is some noise from the main road but it’s to be expected and playing music or watching TV gets rid of most of the noise

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management are quick to reply to emails and a member of the maintenance team usually attends to look at or fix the problem very quickly! There have been issues with lifts not working but the staff are quick to inform what’s happening and keep us updated which is something I’ve not experienced before

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish there was more events on in the building and different chances to meet who else lives in the building as it can be sometimes isolating not knowing many people in the building. The gym is fitted with good equipment and I wish something was done to help newcomers to the gym

Strategic location of the building where everything is close to it. A bad aspect is that the number of parking spaces is not enough compared to the number of apartments.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I didn’t have any issues until now I have just moved in.

Happy to have found The Copper House!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The Copper House is centrally located and very convenient to access the many great shops of Liverpool One. It is very close to train and bus stations which is a great benefit. The one minor drawback is that there is quite a bit of noise at all hours from the busy Strand Street in front of the building.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quick response and resolution. Management kept us updated and showed genuine concern for the tenants’ happiness and satisfaction.

Parking spots are very limited so there is a wait list.

- Lovely staff and Team. - rooms look are exactly the same how they are illustrated - wonderful views - simplistic luxury

Haven’t had any issues yet but all the questions I have had have been answered quickly.

Nothing really it’s kind of simple, as you can ask the team all the questions you have prior moving in.
