Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Perfect location in the centre of town with all the bars/restaurants and shops on your doorstep. Also within walking distance to all the transport links. Overall nice safe area to live in.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes any issues we have had within the flat have been resolved quickly by the on-site maintenance team

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The Apo team make an extra effort for seasonal occasions and decorate/put on events in the communal areas which is a nice touch. Makes the building feel very homely and welcoming.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

10 minute walk away from the busy restaurant street bold street, 5 mins from castle street and 5 mins from hidden local independent locations toward Ropewalks. Doctors 5 mins away, dentist next door. Tescos next door, m&s 2 minute walk, lots of corner shops with 5 mins and you can see Liverpool one shopping centre from the window. Lidl & aldi 15 mins walk. Albert dock opposite the building for a large choice of restaurants and bars

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, maintenance with sink pipe coming loose, lighting fixtures hanging too low hitting the door frame, an oven cleaning and a light flickering. All resolved. Need to raise a ticket for the grouting in shower.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How dusty the furnished glass table gets! Not sure how often the bed mattress is changed either.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very good central location. Great for walking distance into town for eating out and transport in the region. Only issue is noise from the strand road outside which is very loud when windows open in summer.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We have raised two issues and only one was addressed

Apartments are small and warm in the summer with limited ventilation when windows not open.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living in The Copper House is super convenient. Located right in the heart of Liverpool you are always so close and walking distance to shops, restaurants and transport links. There are loads of restaurants and bars nearby with plenty of options to choose from. I love how close we are to supermarkets and find it really convenient being this close to a Tesco Express as you can pop in whenever if you need anything! We are also so close to train stations and just round the corner from the Bus Station at Liverpool one.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have always been there to help and accommodate in any changes of dates if there is ever an issue and need to enter the apartment. They are friendly and also respond promptly.

I wish I knew about the general inspections that can take place pretty regularly.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good: transport links, parking in q park which is just across the road, views of liver building, water, and Albert dock, Tesco express just downstairs Bad: can be loud sometimes but that’s expected in such a location

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Good. Water stopped and they fixed within hours. Took a bit of time to get carpet replaced but nothing too unreasonable

Check how many parking spaces are in the building as these are limited and there is a waiting list
