Perfect location in the centre of town with all the bars/restaurants and shops on your doorstep. Also within walking distance to all the transport links. Overall nice safe area to live in.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes any issues we have had within the flat have been resolved quickly by the on-site maintenance team

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The Apo team make an extra effort for seasonal occasions and decorate/put on events in the communal areas which is a nice touch. Makes the building feel very homely and welcoming.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Excellent location, close to Albert dock, Castle Street with plenty of restaurants and bars. Really nice having the docks so close by. Transport links very good - James street and Moorfields station are very close. Limited parking at Copper House itself.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have always been helpful and provided us with advice or anything we need at the time!

Parking is limited so we have had to park elsewhere but we were informed about that on our viewing!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The apartments are clean and spacious. The only negative would be depending on what neighbour you have haha. The team on site make sure any issues are dealt with within a timely manner.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

As mentioned already, brilliant and in a timely manner.

Everything was covered on my arrival over 2 years ago, not had an issue since.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is great! It’s perfectly located for links in and out of the city. Great for meeting friends for drinks and shops so so close, not much foot traffic in the night either considering how central we are

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Only issue I have had was a small door issue, I came down and reported it and it was fixed less than an hour later

Everything was explained to me really well there is nothing I wish I had known. The social spaces are quieter than I anticipated which is really nice

All facilities are convenient. The center is very near and the yearly activities on the front of the building are amazing

Any issues I have had have been resolves quickly and well

Nothing. Everything I needed to know I was informed. I have been living here for many years and still love it
