Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area offers a great variety of shops, restaurants, and bars, all within walking distance, catering to a range of tastes and preferences. There are also plenty of open green spaces nearby, perfect for relaxing or getting some fresh air. Transport links are very convenient, with easy access to buses and trains, making commuting smooth and efficient. The street is peaceful and well-maintained, with regular bin collections, available parking, and minimal noise. It feels safe and friendly, with no noticeable issues with anti-social behaviour. Overall, it’s a great place to live.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has always been prompt, professional, and helpful in resolving any issues I’ve raised. They communicate clearly, follow up quickly, and genuinely seem to care about residents’ comfort and satisfaction.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One pleasant surprise after moving in was how friendly and welcoming the community is—something you can’t always gauge during a viewing. The building is also quieter than expected, with great sound insulation. A helpful tip for new neighbors: take advantage of the local walking trails and nearby parks—they’re perfect for unwinding and add so much to the lifestyle here.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living in MK9 1FW has been a great experience. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Central Milton Keynes with access to a wide range of shops, restaurants, and entertainment spots just a short walk away. There are plenty of open green spaces nearby, including Campbell Park, which is perfect for a weekend walk or picnic. Transport links are excellent, with the train station just 10–15 minutes away on foot, and lots of buses connecting different areas of the city. The street is quiet and clean, with reliable bin collections and decent parking options. I haven’t encountered any major issues with noise or anti-social behaviour.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management has been quick and helpful whenever I’ve reported minor maintenance issues. Response time is fast and always professional.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

overall is good and recommend. just one thing I wish I had known is how fast these apartments get taken—if you like it, act quickly! Also, make sure you’re clear on how the parking permits work if you plan to have a car, as there are limited spaces directly available with some units.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Arbour is within a walking distance of many quality restaurants and bars. There is not many parks around within a short walk. The parking availability is huge and standard/premium rates apply. I haven’t witnessed antisocial behavior around since I moved (4 months).

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They tried hard to fix my problem within an acceptable timeframe

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The North side of the building has low sun exposure and it can get very cold.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The arbour is perfect as it’s not in the middle of all the shops and pubs in CMK but everything is in walking distance, the train station to London, shops and local healthcare. For complex it’s quiet. Parking under ground great.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Immediately - and everything I have needed doing has been done. No complaints

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

More about the utilities and council tax and how to use all the gadgets
