Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living in Tattenhoe Park offers a harmonious blend of urban convenience and natural beauty. The proximity to Tattenhoe Valley Park is a significant advantage, providing residents with access to diverse wildlife. It's an ideal spot for evening walks and cycling The local amenities are commendable. The nearby Westcroft Shopping Centre caters to daily needs with a variety of shops, including a Morrisons, Boots, Aldi, along with cafe and a pub. For a more extensive shopping experience, Central Milton Keynes is easily accessible, offering a vast array of brands at thecentre:mk and Midsummer Place Shopping Centre. Entertainment options abound with facilities like the Milton Keynes Theatre and the Xscape complex, which houses the Snozone for indoor skiing. Transport links are efficient. The A421 is just a mile away, and both Junctions 13 and 14 of the M1 are within a 10-mile radius, facilitating easy road travel. Bletchley Station, approximately 3 miles away, offers regular services to major destinations, including London Euston. Public transport is reliable, with bus services connecting the area to the wider Milton Keynes region. The street itself is peaceful, with ample parking spaces, including two dedicated spots for the property. Bin collections are timely, and the area maintains a clean environment. There is minimal traffic noise, contributing to a tranquil living experience.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Property management by Leaf Living has been exemplary. The team is responsive and ensures that any issues are addressed promptly.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
It's worth noting that while the development is still expanding, there are construction activities. However, this does not significantly impact the overall tranquillity and appeal of the area. The benefits of living in a well-designed, energy-efficient home with excellent facilities far outweigh this temporary inconvenience.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Tattenhoe Park offers a modern and peaceful environment with a good range of local amenities. The area has well-maintained green spaces, ideal for families and outdoor activities. Nearby shops and restaurants are just a short drive away. However, parking on the street can be a challenge due to limited spaces, and bin collections occasionally face delays. While the area is generally quiet, we have minor disturbances during peak hours due to traffic on the surrounding roads.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They have been very slow in responding to maintenance issues. However, they have been trying to fix the issues.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known about the traffic issues caused by the nearby school during peak hours—it can be dreadful at times. Additionally, due to ongoing construction in the area, the roads are not in great condition and are full of potholes, which can be frustrating for drivers.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Really great place to live it's close to everything you would need. The centre MK is about 5 mins walk and the train station is only about 10 mins. There are always lime bikes or scooters outside the front which is handy if you don't drive but need to get about.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Haven't needed to raise any issues but when I had any questions I can just pop down to reception and they are happy to help.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Nothing the leasing team were really helpful and friendly.

Really good central location near the shopping center, supermarkets, restaurants, gyms and train station. Building is really quiet and has a relaxed vibe.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Haven't needed to raise any yet but they are present on site if you need anything or you can raise maintenance requests on the resident app.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
About how good the hot chocolate is and that it's free for the residents!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
It's in a great place to be as centre MK is a 5 minute walk and you have Bannatynes gym right next door. You can get to London in about 35 minutes from the station which is not far from The Almere either so great when you work there a couple days a week.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They have an app where you can raise a maintenance request if anything isn't working and any requests i have made has been dealt with on the same day which is great. The maintenance team are on site so it's nice to have a familiar face in your apartment instead of loads of different contractors.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Nothing the leasing team were so helpful right from the beginning when I first called about renting here!
