Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I really like it there as it also comes with parking. I am happy with the way the apartment looks and how spacious it is however people who don’t not live in the building are parking in the allocated parking area, I think someone must have shared the code with them. I also noticed the lights in the garden only one work outside one block, it would be nice for all the lights to work. I would like if there was a lift in the property as it was difficult to move things in.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have spoken to a lady who has helped me with getting engineers and plumber out and she did this very quickly, they do come out straight away and resolve any issues.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish we was shown more clearly how to use the facilities as we struggles to put the hot water on but everything else was okay.

Great location! All the shops, train and bus stations are close by. Theres a very nice park nearby .
