My area is ideal because it offers easy access to town and bus stops, making transportation convenient. The quiet, peaceful environment fosters a sense of community, while the ample parking space is a significant advantage. Regular bin collection keeps the neighborhood tidy and adds to the overall quality of life. I also enjoy the nearby parks for walks and local cafes that provide a great atmosphere for socializing or working. Overall, it’s a perfect blend of accessibility, tranquility, and practical amenities that enhances my daily life.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I haven’t raised any issue since I moved in and there hasn’t been any reason to.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The fact that my building doesn’t have a lift and I have to walk all the way using the stairs to the last floor.

Really close to local high street which has a lot of bars and shops, right on bus routes which is handy for commuting to nearby towns
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Varies quite vastly, at times can be prompt others can wait weeks for a response - seems to be better as of late
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I knew how thin walls and ceilings were between flats, I also wish I knew that the hallways would not be cleaned/retouched regularly

Walsall has nice parts and not so nice parts but the location of the development is great. Near the supermarkets, train station main roads.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
My fridge broke once and it was replaced within a week. I was without a fridge for too long in my opinion but nothing could be done about it. I couple of lightbulbs were broken when I moved in and I have enquired about getting them fixed as I believe that’s what I’m entitled to? Nothing has been done.

We live very close to the town centre, all necessary shops and entertainment facilities are within easy reach
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Thankfully we have not had issues and have not had to raise anything

How quickly the bins can fill up! They are not in the way and there is a lot of people so this is to be expected. They are emptied regularly so is not an issue.

It is only a short walk into town so a lot of nice places to go for food. Heavy traffic at rush hour.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Quickly for the most part. Trouble with the wifi when we first moved in as there wasnt a plug socket where the internet connection was.
