Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Close to city center but very noisy at time with bars and clubs nearby. Convenient if you work in the city center and lots of shops about. However there are lots of drug dealers and homeless nearby, sometimes at the entrance of the building. I witnessed a drug deal in front of my van on the day I moved in!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They were quick to get a broken extractor sorted but thats about it
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Seriously, be prepared for serious heat in the summer months if youre in the upper floors. The kitchen becomes unbareable very quickly

It is quite quiet and there is not much going on in terms of bad things at the area. However, there has been some bad reviews of the neighbourhood in general. No complaints as my experience has been generally good.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
No issues currentlywith management as i have had no issues with the property

I have had no issues since moving in and I am content.

The local area is interesting to say the least, it has what you need around it e.g., food shops, some pubs, gyms not too far away. However the people and atmosphere can be weird.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Most problems are responded to but this takes time and often persistence.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The area is not the best, we had read not great reviews before about Ocasa but tbh they have been fine. It’s a cheap flat and they maintain the building well cleaning it etc, they do fix most issues, but the area is not nice.

The place is near the essential amenities like hospital post office job centre town center bus station. The place is safe and sound and also clean.parking is good .

They have responded very well there are no issues with them

Shops, beach and station all close by. Very quiet, inside and out. Good local bars and restaurants. A couple of supermarkets in walking distance, with others like Asda, Tesco and Lidl within 10 minutes drive.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I have not have any issues that I have needed to raise.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
You would be hard pressed to find a better location. Frequent trains to the centre of Liverpool only take 15 minutes. This location would also be suitable for those who do not drive as everything you need is nearby.
