Good transport links with a variety of drinking, dining places. Shopping convenient. Supermarkets and convenient stores are within minutes walk.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management always respond quick to my questions and resolve the problems to my satisfaction.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish someone would give me a short guide on how to use the equipment and appliances inside the apartment. This would save me time to read the user manuals. Unfortunately, there was not !

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very close to the city centre, tram station, and restaurants and café. There is a Sainsbury 5 minutes walk from the building.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew that I am going to have loud neighbours.

What is the best feature of your home:

Spacious living room and kitchen. Excellent location.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Noise is minimal but concierge service is execellent. There’s a sainsbury local literally 2 mins walk from the building, restaurant and bars and literally outside the development

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Brilliant, Roberta has been amazing managing the conceive team and overall problems in the building.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Windows are electrical. And perhaps we could do with a park I t discount for nearby car parks

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s location is excellent, tram right next to it which helps transfer all over the city. next to the university which helps students save time and money in transportation

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are very fast responders, though I haven’t needed to use them Much

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I don’t have any comments but 2 elevators are sometimes not enough for the whole building. However they do have good heaters and comfortable mattresses

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good: great location, the best in the city. Great concierge and housekeeping. Bad: night shift concierge is bad, no facilities like gym or study spaces .

Always takes my issues into consideration and try to help me.

That the apartment didn't come with a microwave. Thats all really nothing important
