Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Good: nice modern social areas and flats, staff are very friendly, very simple to contact building management, good facilities, very quiet in the flats. Bad: some facilities can be out of action at times and sometimes take time to be fixed for example the cinema rooms. The wifi supplier isn’t the most reliable, not really the developments fault though. The post room isn’t the best
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I haven’t really had my issues but the ones I have were dealt with accordingly
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The wifi supplier ‘internety’ are a bit unreliable which isn’t great when you work from home

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The apartment is located in a great location at the intersection of Lyndon and Coventry road, just opposite to Tesco supermarket. the locality is great with several restaurants and bars and there is Aldi supermarket near by. Very convent for parents, there is Sheldon country park adjacent to the apartment which connects till Airport viewing and Lyndon public schools and church and business parks in walkable distance. There is a bus stop in front of Apartment for easy commute. A vast parking area and a designated trash collection are and gyms are available with the Apartment campus though there are several other options available near by.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Front desk service is very helpful, immediate response from them even on the request submitted through mobile apps.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The country park next to apartment, great place to spend some peaceful time.

The building is lovely, along with all the local shops, pubs and places to eat. It’s a short walk into the centre, making it a perfect location for people aiming to live in town. There are 2 train stations walking distance, and the building is situated near many bus routes.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
All nearby parking is expensive and often full, making it difficult when we have any guests.
What is the best feature of your home:
The rooftop terrace, gym and other amenities are all fantastic.

Good building terrible management only night manager Will helps. Day staff always rude Parking to expensive

When we have problem Day staff always say call to our agency. Only night guy Will come to our apartment and fix problem

Outstanding service from Will he is friendly and helpful not like others

Very good location in Manchester close to shops and centre and school The apartment is big size and comfortable

Windows not opening in big room only bedrooms Day staff useless only say they contact someone else to fix problems and say nothing they can do Only Will always helps

Night concierge Will is wonderful and friendly we wish to see him during the day
