Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The apartment is located in a great location at the intersection of Lyndon and Coventry road, just opposite to Tesco supermarket. the locality is great with several restaurants and bars and there is Aldi supermarket near by. Very convent for parents, there is Sheldon country park adjacent to the apartment which connects till Airport viewing and Lyndon public schools and church and business parks in walkable distance. There is a bus stop in front of Apartment for easy commute. A vast parking area and a designated trash collection are and gyms are available with the Apartment campus though there are several other options available near by.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Front desk service is very helpful, immediate response from them even on the request submitted through mobile apps.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The country park next to apartment, great place to spend some peaceful time.

Really easy and accessible transport links that take you to both the town centre and Trafford centre. I love the area there’s so many restaurants, bars, a gym, salons, shops.

Before I moved in I wish I understood more about meter readings as this is something I struggle to do!
What is the best feature of your home:
The best feature has to be the open kitchen and living area which is nice and spacious and comes with a storage area for your washer and dryer.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I absolutely love living here! The pub and cafe downstairs are amazing and offer a discount for local residents. It’s a 5/10 minute walk to get into the city centre which is very convenient for transport. I’ve lived all over Manchester and this area feels extremely safe, I’ve not experienced any anti-social behaviour in the year of living here. As for the staff, they couldn’t be more friendly and helpful. Before I moved in I was quite worried about the traffic noise from the main road but I can’t hear a thing through the windows and I sleep great. I would recommend local Blackfriars to anyone wanting to live in Manchester City centre!

I wish I’d have known more about the facilities, when being shown around we didn’t get to see the development’s facilities.
What is the best feature of your home:
The lay out of the apartment is perfect for me and my partner. There’s so much storage space which is great for us.

The building is lovely, along with all the local shops, pubs and places to eat. It’s a short walk into the centre, making it a perfect location for people aiming to live in town. There are 2 train stations walking distance, and the building is situated near many bus routes.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
All nearby parking is expensive and often full, making it difficult when we have any guests.
What is the best feature of your home:
The rooftop terrace, gym and other amenities are all fantastic.
