Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It's a quiet and peaceful residential area. While there are not many pubs and bars around Canary wharf is a short walk or bike ride a way and you can find everything you need there. There's a Sainsbury's nearby and also a cute bakery/cafe and park a short walk away. The canal is also close by and I often go running there. Hackney Wick is also a 15 minute bike ride away.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

There have been a few minor issues and they've always been addressed immediately.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Some flats have minor differences in colour scheme and details despite the layouts being more or less the same.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The development is very close to Canary Wharf shopping malls with lots of shops and restaurants. The Poplar area itself is still going through regeneration but it does not feel any different to other parts of London and feels relatively safe.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, the response is very prompt and the team is very welcoming.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I did not know that it's a dog friendly housing and we've had a couple of issues with some neighbors. I hope it's changes for the better soon and the development remains as pleasant and clean as it's been designed.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There aren’t many pubs and restaurants in the immediate vicinity, that said Canary Wharf is a 15 minute walk away. Transport is convenient as we have the DLR around the corner which provides quick access to Stratford and Canary Wharf tube connections. Our street is quiet, clean and peaceful.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They’re always friendly and attentive - always going out of their way to help when help is needed.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There’s a ventilation system in the flats the controls for which are slightly obscure - I knew it exists but I only discovered the controls three months after moving in.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I quite like the neighbourhood. Peaceful. A bit more amenities would be great. Overall I’m really really happy.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

So far havent raised any. I do hope the recent request for deducing my shower head is approved.

The area is quite good. The neighbours are especially nice.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area is great. It could do with maybe a supermarket a bit closer but on the whole we love it. Transport links are great.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They do take a long time to fix certain issues, we are still waiting on some repairs from Summer but they are only minor. The front desk are lovely and so friendly though when noting any issues.

How much we would love living here :) It’s the best flat we have ever had in London by a mile.
