The building is iconic and has a lot of charm

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It's a quiet and peaceful residential area. While there are not many pubs and bars around Canary wharf is a short walk or bike ride a way and you can find everything you need there. There's a Sainsbury's nearby and also a cute bakery/cafe and park a short walk away. The canal is also close by and I often go running there. Hackney Wick is also a 15 minute bike ride away.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

There have been a few minor issues and they've always been addressed immediately.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Some flats have minor differences in colour scheme and details despite the layouts being more or less the same.

I’m so glad that I am living in such beautiful apartment in astonishing area with marvellous views and nice neighbours. Lia and Narad were so helpful to introduce everything to me on the start of my living.

Poplar is ind of the most convinient zones of the London with approximately 15min walking to the Canary Wharf. There is a parking slot next to the house and the Nisa Local supermarket 2-3min away from the apartment.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Lia and Narad were so helpful and polite with helping me to understand how to use the facilities and parking.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

If u have a car there is a parking slot available and also it is so easy to receive parcels.

Lots of issues to work out to be worth the rental price

Very residential area with local shops and no big grocery stores, pubs, restaurants, etc. near the Dlr which makes the secluded location manageable.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes but very slowly and many repairs flagged since day one haven’t still haven’t been addressed or took months to resolve.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The building isn’t new but the management is, so a lot of issues. Very expensive council tax

Really convenient as in shops and traffic, nice people in the community but not much restaurant choices close by.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They area really quick in getting back to your queries, (eg. the fob does not work for A floors, Lia helped me to resolve in one minute)

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing really, it is pretty much what I expected.

Overall the neighbourhood needs more shops and restaurants nearby, but the location is convenient and well connected to canary warf

Lia and the rest of the team have been very reacting and good solving questions and requests

Would like have known the facilities such as cinema and dinning room were not for free and the price
