It's a quiet and peaceful residential area. While there are not many pubs and bars around Canary wharf is a short walk or bike ride a way and you can find everything you need there. There's a Sainsbury's nearby and also a cute bakery/cafe and park a short walk away. The canal is also close by and I often go running there. Hackney Wick is also a 15 minute bike ride away.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

There have been a few minor issues and they've always been addressed immediately.

Some flats have minor differences in colour scheme and details despite the layouts being more or less the same.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I live in this area since 3 years and to be honest i think is one of the safest area in London,many schools ,many police officers around ,many bar no need to ask for better place👍

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They were fast, nice ,attentive to fix the problems

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Everything is amazing to be honest so far Amazing view of canary wharf ,well connected with stratford and canary wharf where from there you can easily go to the center of London.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The building is well-located and close to three DLR Tube stations, which is very convenient. Besides DLR tubes, buses are also available. There are some parks and restaurants around the building, and supermarkets like Sainsbury’s and Tesco are close to the building (approximately 10-15 mins away by walk)

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management team is very helpful in solving problems like fixing the air circulating system etc.

I hope we can have some information about the average cost of heating and electricity of the households in this building

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Will be nice to have coffee shop around. Is no far from Canning Town and more busses around. I like this area.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are responsive and I would like to say thank you resident host Lia as well for help.

Its good price for amenities and posibility for the chance to celebrate some festive.

Few local shops nearby but it is so well located between canary wharf and Stratford. You kind of escape the busyness of them both by living in poplar. I wish there were more local shops, pubs and restaurants around. The building has a parking which helps a lot and a bike storage too

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are very quick to address it is true though that certain things do take longer time to get fix than others but nothing else to add on that

I wish I knew a bit more about the area. I was concerned of thinking everything was far away but it is actually not, a 10 min bike ride can take you everywhere you need to like shops, restaurants or the westfield
