Quite noisy Friday and Saturday when kitchen street is open with DJs. Also other days of the week the club keep going and unfortunately it’s a big nuisance The development itself is great though

They were just great and easy to communicate Very good guys

- away from noise, yet close to City center - Multiple Grocery shops near by - Liverpool one station 8 mins walk away

Good aspects of living here are how accessible and easy it is to walk into the city centre and the number of shops and eateries in the baltic triangle. The only downside is the club next door where noise will be heard in my flat until the early hours of the morning.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Had a few problems come up in the flat with blocked drains or lights not working etc, but are always fixed within a couple days of communicating this to them.

The sense of community here is not something I expected, it's very positive to see so many people interacting in the common rooms with the events that are put on

Living here is highly enjoyable, with a fantastic range of pubs, cafes, and restaurants just 5–10 minutes away and the city centre within a 10–15 minute walk. Public transport links are reliable and convenient, making it easy to get around. The street itself is peaceful, with soundproof and windproof windows ensuring a quiet and comfortable environment. Parking is generally available, and bin collections are handled efficiently. Anti-social behaviour is rare, and traffic noise is minimal, making it a great place to live.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I asked for an additional cleaning of the windows outside because I wasn’t satisfied with the first cleaning. The next day, the cleaning team returned to fix it.

Most things you need are I walking distance and for those shops further afield there’s buses every 5 mins Baltic triangle is currently a very trendy area, the local bars and restaurants reflect this

Never had any major problems that requires a response from the management team
