Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Quite noisy Friday and Saturday when kitchen street is open with DJs. Also other days of the week the club keep going and unfortunately it’s a big nuisance The development itself is great though

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They were just great and easy to communicate Very good guys

The club next door Very noisy and parties taking place frequent

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Excellent location with lots of shops/bars nearby. Conveniently on the border of the town centre which can be accessed via a 5-10 minute walk. Parking is safe.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes - they have helped with minor maintainence issues such as curtain breaking and blocked sink on the same/next day.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There was no microwave. However, maintenance did keep a microwave that was leftover for me from a previous tenant.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is a great place in the city centre, so it is near all the best bars and things to do. It is also near the river which is lovely at night time. Also there is a shop downstairs which is super convenient.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They responded fast and helped me when I had a water leak.

There are social events which are worth going to And are friendly.

Location, location, location. The Baltic has changed so much in the last 3 years that I've been living here for the good. Its only a short walk to the city centre, bus station, Albert Dock and Caines brewery

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very few issues but when you do need help they are always pleasant and quick to respond

The apartment is really quiet. You wouldn't know you had people above or to the side of you

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

In a fantastic location, walkable into the city centre within 10-15 mins but plenty of shops, bars and coffee shops nearby .

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always received help extremely quickly from the team and solutions have rapidly been found to any problems we might have had.

Sometimes some people who live there aren’t as respectful about shared spaces as others but commutation from the team is strong and things try to get resolved as soon as they can.
