Anti social behaviour, broken lifts and roof leaks. Management company keep on charging hefty amount and no intervention from housing association who own more than 50% flats.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I should have been told that communal heating system is flawed(will never run on SOLAR), Lifts are of sub standard quality and its a scam run by Bellway, RMG and may be housing association.

What is the best feature of your home:

None. It was a peaceful location to start with but its has gone downhill in last 5 years.

overall it's a good development, everything is new so it looks and feels good I didn't feel anything bad about the safety, But without proper local shops it's hard to survive, The local GYM which is very basic should come soon, there is a regular release of toxic industrial gas which often interacts with you due to nearby industry and waste management/treatment plants this should be stopped immediately, as it impacts your health sometimes it's noisy because of industrial plants, heavily lacking the facilities, peak hours traffic is bad due to schools as well

environment and nearby industries/warehouses are making it bad

new modern and better quality homes & river walk is good

Lovely environment in terms of community feel but the vibe of the property is lacking poor excuse of management and facilities in the area

The competency of the housing association is lacking.

Neighbours were lovely not all but hey most great.

Good quiet most of the time peaceful vibes not many shops nearby co-op is the convenient store, much better now there is a train station & Uber boat. Very minimal visitor parking or residential now even worse with the new plans, no value for money in terms of rental or buying prices.

Although it is well-developed, you could spot that some groups started to abuse it, one may smell the strange smoke in the air and find near the playgroung a lot of metal balloons.

It is a remote area and there is an industrial area in vicinity.

What is the best feature of your home:

The space of the appartment, the palce is energy efficient, but the equipment starts giving up.
