Barking Riverside offers affordable housing, riverside views, and good transport links with the new Overground station. It's a rapidly developing area with green spaces and community facilities. However, it still faces challenges such as limited local amenities, ongoing construction, and mixed reviews on safety and cleanliness.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Sometimes they respond quickly and sometimes and takes weeks and months to get things resolved.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Crime in the area is a bit too much. I wish I knew it before.

This property is the best one I've lived in its very quiet and clean, the apartments are new and modern We have free amenities and gym, which is great. Parking available Close to the station and we have a nice park right outside the complex

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They always respond to my queries and maintenance issues, they sent a contractor the next day and was dealt with

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That the gym was free and they do special events for tenants, which bring the community together We get food trucks organised by apo , which is really nice for the residents

Parking is still very inadequate, having the train station is definitely convenient for the area in connecting the rest of the network. The newer school of the two is decent; medical services are still poor due to the accessibility and availability.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

There is a lengthy wait for repairs and the despite requesting a move due to mould nothing has happened.

That the housing would not assist with the parking wars between tenants and the private company regarding parking tickets.

No parking for visitors its pathetic, no bars or restaurants nearby, a lot of thefts. Transport is amazing though as you have the uber boat and the overground and buses into London.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes but they don't learn from it and just carry on as per usual

That L&Q are rubbish and their customer service is beyond laughable.

Co-op on the same road, Asda and other stores 8min deive. Everything is on your door step. You have the Uber boat and the barking riverside station too.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always taken action when I’ve had any problems. Very pleased with that.

Community is very welcoming. Had no problems. Every is family oriented and working professionals around this development
