It’s a central location and after moving here I realised that we do not need to own a car because everything was so close to the house and sold my car

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They do respond quite promptly but issues take long time to resolve

Maintenance charges are higher and service quality is not upto the mark

Local shops are convenient, the transport is not that convenient, bin collection is ok, traffic noise and anti social behaviour exist but are acceptable

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, once there are some noises on the upper floor and the concierge team responded promptly

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The insulation of the building is not too good, and as such there is wind coming into the building occasionally.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The immediate road transport links are not the best. But getting transport from Old Kent Road you can get good connections

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very professionally and swiftly. We had a good contact who responded quickly

The full size of our balcony. The balcony we feel is too big

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is very convenient with buses nearby. Travelling to different parts of London is easy with the the transport network. We feel quite safe when walking around, even late at night because there are plenty of stores nearby and always lots of people around. It would be nice to have a shopping centre nearby.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We raised some issues related to our flat and customer service was excellent. Linda was fantastic. She was attentive and always responsive to our queries.

The quality of the boiler and windows are less than average.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very little around as it is an industrial area. There is also a lot of noise from the traffic on the main road, though the insulation is good at keeping this lower than otherwise

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management have responded after initially being slow and not trying to understand how they were responsible.

The issue with the roof leak having been here before I moved in
