The local area is simply perfect from many perspectives. With a diverse demographic mix, it's vibrant and welcoming. With local amenities, services, restaurants, and exclusive venues all within reach, there's always something to do. Additionally, the new Battersea area offers various transportation choices, facilitating travel in any direction. The area is peaceful, and I highly recommend it.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management is truly friendly and helpful

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It was nice to discover that in addition to all the services and amenities available, there was also an organization for courses, workshops, and other events. It's very enjoyable to participate in all of this.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is fantastic—convenient. Battersea power station just 5 minute walk. A few stop away on the tube to central London. The building is quiet and well-kept, and the building has a gym and a pool which are always a plus.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Communication has been smooth, and they’ve been quick to address any maintenance requests.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I’d love to see improved is more gym classes. They get booked up so quickly and never got the chance to try myself :( But overall, I’m very happy here and would highly recommend

Only northern line which is not so many options. Have a huge waitrose nearby and it is fully equipped.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management help to answer your question fast but sometimes the maintainance take to long to be solved

So much potential but management need to get a grip

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area is great to live in, it’s convenient being so close to the power station. My flat is to the inside of the building so I can’t hear traffic noise at all, although I assume it would be similar with the windows closed for people facing the other way. There is a lot of bike/ phone snatching crime in the area, but it is on the rise everywhere in London and not connected to the building. However, one thing to note is that the building management could do more to protect us, ie fixing the doors so not anybody can just walk in and making sure both receptions are staffed at all times.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven’t had a lot of problems personally with my own flat since moving in, but the general problems like the broken front door and the awful internet connection have never been handled promptly or efficiently.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The pool in West closing over the winter months and no concierge being present in the West building. Also that there is no cellular connection in the building, making you dependant on the WiFi.

Up and coming area with good transport links. Battersea power station close by. No parking which is inconvenient

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Abdo has been responsive and helpful. Generally staff on site are willing to help but delays due to other factors

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Pool closure over winter. This impacts the value of the property vs rent paid
