The local area is simply perfect from many perspectives. With a diverse demographic mix, it's vibrant and welcoming. With local amenities, services, restaurants, and exclusive venues all within reach, there's always something to do. Additionally, the new Battersea area offers various transportation choices, facilitating travel in any direction. The area is peaceful, and I highly recommend it.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management is truly friendly and helpful

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It was nice to discover that in addition to all the services and amenities available, there was also an organization for courses, workshops, and other events. It's very enjoyable to participate in all of this.

The area is great—lots of local shops, restaurants, and open spaces nearby. Transport links are convenient, and we haven’t had any major issues.. Really happy we moved here!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, all issues we've raised have been dealt with swiftly and efficiently by the building management team. They’ve always been quick to respond, clear in their communication, and proactive in finding solutions. It’s been a very smooth experience overall.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Honestly, it exceeded my expectations by a lot. There's a good community feeling with others thanks to the shared amenities.

Superbly located and well-connected. A stone's throw from the river, 10 minutes walk from the iconic and vibrant Battersea Power Station, its tube station and close to Battersea and Battersea Park and Vauxhall.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management were v supportive leading up to a private book launch event. This included being responsive to queries and eager to help throughout e.g. there were a couple adjustments required to the temperature and lighting in the event space. Most settings are controlled centrally i.e. not from within each event space and therefore less straightforward to configure. They were really helpful in resolving the issues which helped alleviate some event planning stress.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

When I moved in to Bloom East, Bloom West was still under construction. Both Bloom West and Bloom East facilities are freely accessible to all Bloom residents. The swimming pools are closed during Oct-April.

I enjoy the location of the property, its very convenient for my commute. The only downfall is the frequent road blocks due to protestors, which is out of the developer's hands. My apartment faces the road and I dont think I have ever been bothered by it.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management team is punctual and professional.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Unfortunately I wish there was a choice for internet providers as I have been told by other providers that they are not allowed to provide service to the building, even though they may be on other floors. The internet does not have the capacity to provide for the all occupants.

Everything is within walking distance, which makes it much easier to accomplish everything at once. Additionally, there are three train stations nearby, making it more convenient to travel to different places.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Bolaji handles all of my issues exceptionally well and consistently goes the extra mile to ensure they are resolved promptly and appropriately.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish they had told me that I would have to pay to use some of the facilities in the building, e.g., the cinema.
