Very close to bracknell town centre. Walk g distance. Can easily walk to Morrison or the peel centre

Heating was electric and the radiators are not good

What is the best feature of your home:

I treated dishwasher, fridge feeezer and decor is nice

1) Great position 2) No controlled parking & now not enough parking 3) Too much garbage lying around 4) Garbage area has rats running around all the time 5) Lift was out of service for 3 weeks recently....

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Council tax is very high in my opinion & parking is a nightmare!!

What is the best feature of your home:

The space & the position are great as is my landlord, who tries to make things right.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location of our flats are very good, right next to the BP and Bracknell stores as well as other stores. It’s walking distance from the town center. However, the other people who live in the flats especially in building 2 are very unhygienic. The lobby and lift is cleaned every week but people still manage to make it extremely dirty

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We have reported a few issues via the online portal but have yet to receive a reply and this was 8 months ago

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That our requests wouldn’t be answered and we’d have messy neighbors who look through peoples parcels.

Nice Shopping centre is 3 mins away by car. Peaceful area and very nice. Apartment feels homey to and something I’ve never seen before. Wish there was a park was closer

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Long to act but quick to respond. Overall good area

be careful about parcels, wasn’t aware of thieves. Also the home entry video system seems to be glitchy. Would be better if the development invested more money to make the device better at it has a lot of potential

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Amazing location close to town, pubs, shops etc. A few public transport options close. Allocated parking. Traffic noise is minimal.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Good, sent electricians and plumbers if we request.

Because the flat we rented was supposed to be sold instead , was not lived in prior, which made us unaware of 1. Dishwasher not connected 2. One of the radiators isn’t connected and had to take wall down to fix so decided not too. Some cracks in walls.
