The Bedfont high street is about 15mins walk, you got Tesco Express, Costa coffee and even a greggs to start your morning. Can be a bit noisy if you open your apartment windows 24/7 due to the airport truck movement, especially if you are facing the road on to Stanwell Road or South Great West Road.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
the management can take about 5 to 10 days for non urgent issues And in emergency the send some one in 2 days. The management is very professional.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The truck movement causing noise 24/7 if you open your windows.

GOOD - 20 minute walk along the river into Leeds. Easy to get into the motorway. BAD - surrounding area lots of construction.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Very quickly and well. Any problems are reported in a website and ranked for priority and speed they will be sorted.

Parcels getting stolen - we never have things delivered to the flat in case they get stolen

Local express stores around 7-10 minutes away, canal view apartments are lovely the natural lighting and nature view is great. Many bins which is great,
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Not well, issues that were raised were not met with timely responses, lack of support towards the fact I had 2 costly parcels go missing.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish more accurate & clear communication in terms of bills and costs had been presented so we could make more accurate financial decisions based on our current financial position.

Very calm and quiet community. People are peaceful. Good hygiene maintained. In summer we can not open the windows due to highway road.

They are very helpful. They resolve the query within 24 hour

Decent amount of local shops, not so many bars and restaurants however. Transport isn't bad, the train station is a walkable distance. However, buses aren't as good, not convenient to get the bus into town. Bin collection is very regular and the area itself is quite quiet.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The few times there have been issues with our flat and we have contacted maintenance they have taken ages to respond. At times, we have received an answer 2 weeks after the job was meant to have been done.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The appartment was not as furnished as one would it expect it to be. We were given the bare minimum (e.g missing bin, tv, hoover, coffee table, kettle, toaster, microwave...)
