The area is very quiet during the day and night, which is good for a residential building. There are some abandoned looking buildings nearby that make the area look a bit dangerous. Green areas are well taken care of, and it’s clean overall.

Within Lulworth house there seems to be a noisy pump sound consistent throughout the day and sometimes night, been told is a hydraulic pump for water pressure, but it seems to loud to be that.

What is the best feature of your home:

Unblocked views due to be on top floor and maximum sunlight

The area is very close to numerous stations and buses that can get you to cental London in no time at all. There are some good sight seeing tours close within walking distance like the London Eye , sea world etc. The are is very up and coming and have a wide range of restaurants of all food cultures on your doorstep.

I have lived here for 62 years and have seen a number of changes over the years in regards to the inside of the properties being renovated to quite a good standard

What is the best feature of your home:

The size of the rooms are quite large and spacious

Fantastic area with great travel links, play areas and schools nearby. Closed to many parks. Friendly community. Doctors and chemists nearby many local shops and cafes.

Poor management of repairs and Length of time to carry out repairs

What is the best feature of your home:

The community, and area lots of parks and nice places to eat

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good is that it is a pet friendly area and bins are collected often. Bad thing is the noise and parking availability when there are community events.

That it is pet friendly, has a lift, and community events.

What is the best feature of your home:

The lift is useful for shopping, and the balconies allow for a breath of fresh air

I am perfectly happy with the area and development there are no bad aspects I can think of not sure of anything else

Nothing currently I can think of at this time I'm able to do the things I want to do

Location is perfect for me easy to get around local shops convenient
