The location's great, in a quiet pocket but only a 10-15min walk to several different areas with plenty of services. Also near several green spaces. The development's pretty quiet and peaceful.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I did have a couple of leaks due to poorly installed pipes. They did fix it.

More info on other developments and future planned services in the area would've been good.

The building is amazing, we have been here for just over a week and each day feel like we are waking up in a very premium hotel. Shared spaces are always kept to a very high standard of cleanliness and the facilities are well designed and decorated, they are also usually not booked out or full. The all of building team are very friendly and are always thinking of new events for the residents.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Every message we leave to building managment is answered quickly. They are really helpful.

The extra entrance is positioned from the garden. Only few people know about that but it can save you few minutes.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Bonnington is just a few minutes' walk to several buzzing areas (the Shore, Leith Walk, Cannonmils, Broughton). A lot of the area is currently being re-developed, with several pockets of industrial property still around, but as this evolves over time I think more facilities will crop up ever nearer, bringing more to the neighbourhood.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven't had to raise any issues myself. Some that come up in share building areas seem to have been addressed in time.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

While out immediate blocks don't have many facilities at the moment, we're near many busy areas with lots of them. There is access to many parks and walkways nearby. Lots of residential development in the area are promising!

Great place to live and close to city centre. Lots of shops, restaurants etc nearby and close to plenty of buses.

Options of balconies would have been a good option.

Area is good very central and close to Leith Walk which is an added value. There are many bus options and you have different shop options nearby.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

So far very well. We have a series of minor issues with some appliances and management has responded in a timely manner to our queries.
