Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Really close to everything you could need.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, they fixed the issues with the bikestore but not the postboxes

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That there are no options to change internet supplier you are stuck with the one option. Also, it's not easy to clean the windows despite being told many times they are tilt and turn

Excellent value property at a high standard

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Excellent development, well thought out properties. Love our home and the community it has become

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes but can at times be slow. Worried about rising costs of the development especially having a commercial energy scheme meaning our bills are now extortionate

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The energy provider is not safe and means you can have uncapped energy prices which lead to a 3.5 x hike in prices this year alone after a major hike last year. It means we can't actually afford to put heating on and only just afford to use the hot water

I rate the development really high in terms of typical urban architecture

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Walking distance to 5 tube lines (Central, Dustrict and H&S from Mile End station, also DLR and Jubilee Lines, so you get quickly everywhere. There are few great pubs around and proximity of Canary Wharf with pubs and restaurants, pretty central location anyway. In terms of shops there are Lidl and Tesco 5mins walk. Neighbourhood is pretty nice, and real community of the closest neighbours in the building. Mile End and Victoria Park really close, also Thames Path if you like to run with great views. What I don't like is the litter on the street which is problem in whole Tower Hamlets. It's not perfect for WFH due to noisy school downstairs

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, we always could get help with any issues we had.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I'd like to know I would be working from home someday, previously I didn't care about noisy school.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We really enjoyed our time living here. The location is very convenient for central London and the layout and design is great. The views are great as well.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The view is much better than expected!

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

I would like a better management company ( currently Ian Gibbs is really not great)

Excellent views and facilities, topped off with great transport links

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Excellent transport links is what makes this place great to live, it doesn’t take long to get into the city via tube. Local shops and restaurants are fantastic and the service especially in restaurants is great - their or a real positive energy and vibe from most places here.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

As previously mentioned, they have been so friendly and helpful and are always quick to send someone round if necessary

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I would have known a few transport routes into the city as well as a little bit more information about local schools.
